Last updated: [[POLICY_DATE]]. These terms must be reviewed by legal counsel before launch — they are a drafted starting point, not legal advice.
Terms of service
These terms govern your use of cleandosis.com and any pharmacy service you receive from us. Cleandosis is operated by [[LEGAL_ENTITY]], a pharmacy licensed by [[REGULATOR]] under registration [[LICENSE_NO]], at [[ADDRESS]].
What we do, and what we do not
We are a dispensing pharmacy. We fill prescriptions written by your own licensed prescriber.
We do not prescribe. We do not offer online consultations, questionnaire-based prescribing, or diagnosis. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and nothing here should be used to decide whether to start, stop or change a medicine. That decision belongs with your prescriber.
Using this service
To order from us you must be of legal age in your jurisdiction, be ordering for yourself or someone you are lawfully authorised to obtain medicine for, provide accurate identity and health information, and hold a valid prescription from a licensed prescriber.
Giving us false information — about your identity, your health, or your prescription — is a serious matter. It can lead to you being dispensed something dangerous, and we will refuse service and may report it.
Prescriptions and our right to refuse
Every order requires a valid prescription, verified by us. A licensed pharmacist reviews each one and exercises professional judgement.
We may decline to dispense — where a prescription cannot be verified or has expired, where the medicine interacts dangerously with something else on your record, where the quantity or pattern of ordering raises a clinical concern, or where we cannot lawfully ship that medicine to your address. If we decline after you have paid, you are refunded in full.
This right of refusal is not a loophole; it is a professional obligation we owe you.
Where we can dispense
We dispense to [[SERVICE_AREA]] only. Prescription medicine cannot lawfully be shipped across every border, and importing it may be unlawful in your jurisdiction even where we could send it. You are responsible for the lawfulness of receiving medicine where you live; we will not knowingly dispense where we cannot lawfully do so.
Prices and payment
Prices are in [[CURRENCY]] and may change; the price shown when you order is the price you pay. Shipping is shown before payment. We take payment once we have confirmed we can lawfully fill your prescription. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we will contact you and cancel rather than silently charge a different amount.
Returns
Dispensed medicine generally cannot be returned, for patient-safety reasons set out on our returns page. Where the fault is ours — wrong item, damage, cold-chain failure, expiry, non-delivery — we replace or refund at our cost.
Your information
We handle your personal and health information as described in our privacy policy. We are required to retain dispensing records for [[RETENTION_PERIOD]] even after you close your account.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited — including our professional obligations as a licensed pharmacy. [[LIABILITY_CLAUSE]]
We are not liable for harm arising from information you gave us that was inaccurate, or from taking a medicine contrary to the instructions on its label or your prescriber’s directions.
Complaints and governing law
Raise any complaint with us first at [[EMAIL]] or [[PHONE]]; we respond within [[COMPLAINT_DAYS]]. You always retain the right to complain about a licensed pharmacy to [[REGULATOR]], and nothing here removes that.
These terms are governed by the laws of [[JURISDICTION]].
