How ordering works

Five steps, with a pharmacist involved in the middle of them. Here is exactly what happens, including the parts that take time.

1. Get a prescription from your prescriber

We dispense; we do not prescribe. You will need a valid prescription from your own licensed prescriber. If you already have one, you are ready. If your current pharmacy holds it, we can usually request a transfer — you do not need to chase your doctor again.

2. Send it to us

Your prescriber can send it to us directly, you can upload a copy, or you can mail the original where the law requires one. We will tell you which applies to your medicine — some prescriptions can be filled from a scan, others cannot.

3. A pharmacist reviews it

This is the step that matters, and the one most discount sites skip. A licensed pharmacist checks that the prescription is valid and current, that the dose makes sense, and that the medicine does not conflict with anything else on your record.

If something looks wrong, we contact you or your prescriber before we dispense. Occasionally we decline to fill. That is not obstruction — it is the job.

4. We verify and dispense

We confirm we can lawfully ship your medicine to where you live before taking payment. Your order is then dispensed, labelled, checked against the prescription by a pharmacist, and packed for transit — temperature-controlled where the medicine requires it.

5. It ships, tracked

You get tracking, and a pharmacist you can call about the medicine once it arrives. Full timings are on our shipping page.

Things worth knowing before you start

  • The first order takes longest. We are building your record and verifying your prescription from scratch. Refills are considerably faster.
  • Order refills early. Mail dispensing is not a same-day service. Reorder with at least [[REORDER_LEAD]] of medicine left.
  • Not every medicine can be mailed. Some need cold chain we cannot guarantee to every address; some are restricted by law. We will tell you before you pay.
  • We cannot dispense everywhere. We serve [[SERVICE_AREA]]. Prescription medicine cannot lawfully cross every border, and we will not pretend otherwise.
