Frequently asked

Do I really need a prescription?

Yes — for every prescription medicine, every time. If you already have one from your own prescriber, send it to us. If you do not have one, order anyway: one of our doctors will call you for a free consultation after you order, and the medicine is dispensed only if it is prescribed for you.

How do I send you my prescription?

If you already hold one: your prescriber can send it to us directly, you can upload a copy, or you can mail the original where the law requires one. We will tell you which route your medicine needs before you send anything. If you do not hold one, there is nothing to send — place the order and one of our doctors will call you for a free consultation.

How ordering works

How long will my order take?

A pharmacist reviews the prescription, we dispense and check it, then it ships tracked. First orders take longest because we are building your record from scratch; refills are much faster. Reorder before you run out.

Shipping and delivery

Can I return medicine?

Generally no, and that is a patient-safety rule rather than a commercial one — once medicine has left the pharmacy we can no longer account for how it was stored. If we dispensed the wrong thing, or it arrived damaged, spoiled or expired, we put it right at our cost. Call us; do not take it.

Returns and refunds

How do I check you are a real pharmacy?

Do not take our word for it. Look up registration [[LICENSE_NO]] with [[REGULATOR]], and our pharmacist in charge, [[PHARMACIST_NAME]], registration [[PHARMACIST_REG]]. Both can be verified directly, without going through us.

Authenticity and safety

My refill looks different from last time. Is that a problem?

Usually not. Generic medicines from different manufacturers vary in colour, shape and markings while containing the same active ingredient at the same strength. But do not guess — call us and a pharmacist will confirm what you have before you take it.

Complaints

Tell us first — [[PHONE]] or [[EMAIL]] — and we will investigate and respond within [[COMPLAINT_DAYS]]. If we do not resolve it to your satisfaction, you have the right to complain about a licensed pharmacy directly to [[REGULATOR]], and we will give you the details for doing so. We would rather you had that route than not.

Reporting a side effect

If you experience an unexpected reaction to a medicine, tell us so we can record it and advise you — and report it to Health Canada through the Canada Vigilance Program. Reports from patients matter; they are how safety problems get found.

  • Pharmacist checked Every order reviewed
  • Tracked delivery Tracked to your door
  • Genuine packaging Sealed and verified
  • Licensed pharmacy Prescription only

Whatever it is, we would rather you asked. No question about your medicine is too small, and nothing written on a website is a substitute for talking to a pharmacist.
