Tadalafil + Dapoxetine

A fixed-dose combination tablet containing tadalafil with dapoxetine 60 mg, supplied in strips of 10. The 80 mg pack is tadalafil 20 mg with dapoxetine 60 mg; the 100 mg pack is tadalafil 40 mg with dapoxetine 60 mg. Tadalafil is a PDE5 inhibitor and dapoxetine is a short-acting SSRI; the combination carries the cautions and interactions of both ingredients, so give your pharmacist your full medicine list, including any nitrate and any other antidepressant. Supplied as branded or generic stock in sealed manufacturer packaging. Which of the two is dispensed depends on what is in stock on the day; the active ingredient, the strength and the pack size are what the label says either way.
