Sildenafil + Dapoxetine

A fixed-dose combination tablet containing sildenafil citrate 100 mg and dapoxetine 60 mg, supplied in packs of 4 or 10 tablets. Sildenafil is a PDE5 inhibitor and dapoxetine is a short-acting SSRI; the combination is prescribed where a prescriber judges both are appropriate for the same patient. It carries the cautions and interactions of both ingredients, so give your pharmacist your full medicine list, including any nitrate, any other antidepressant and any recreational substance. Supplied as branded or generic stock in sealed manufacturer packaging. Which of the two is dispensed depends on what is in stock on the day; the active ingredient, the strength and the pack size are what the label says either way.
