Contact us

A real pharmacist answers the phone during opening hours. For anything about your medicine, that is the fastest and safest route.

Medical emergency

If you are having a severe reaction to a medicine, or this is any kind of medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department. Do not wait for us to reply. For suspected poisoning or overdose, contact your regional poison control centre immediately.

Speak to a pharmacist

Phone: [[PHONE]]
Hours: [[HOURS]]

Call us about side effects, interactions, how to take something, whether a refill that looks different is correct, or anything that worries you about a medicine we dispensed. This is normal — you are not bothering us.

Everything else

Email: [[EMAIL]] — we reply within [[EMAIL_RESPONSE]].
Privacy questions: [[PRIVACY_EMAIL]]

Please do not send prescriptions, health details or anything sensitive by ordinary email. It is not a secure channel. Use the upload in your account, or call us.

Our pharmacy

[[LEGAL_ENTITY]]
[[ADDRESS]]

Licensed by [[REGULATOR]], registration [[LICENSE_NO]]
Pharmacist in charge: [[PHARMACIST_NAME]], registration [[PHARMACIST_REG]]

You can verify both registrations with [[REGULATOR]] directly, without going through us.

Complaints

Tell us first — [[PHONE]] or [[EMAIL]] — and we will investigate and respond within [[COMPLAINT_DAYS]]. If we do not resolve it to your satisfaction, you have the right to complain about a licensed pharmacy directly to [[REGULATOR]], and we will give you the details for doing so. We would rather you had that route than not.

Reporting a side effect

If you experience an unexpected reaction to a medicine, tell us so we can record it and advise you — and report it to Health Canada through the Canada Vigilance Program. Reports from patients matter; they are how safety problems get found.
